Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, email anthonyllacuna05@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items — If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping — Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International returns — Customers outside the United States are welcome to return items under the same 30-day policy above. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
